Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Clarity for Sellers website and software program (the "Service") operated by Clarity for Sellers ("We," "Us," or "Our"). Your access to and use of the Service, or payment of any fee, is conditioned upon Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service or by making payment, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, You do not have permission to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link to Privacy Policy].
Purchase and Payment
The Service is provided in exchange for a one-time fee of $198 (the "Fee"). Payment of the Fee grants You access to the Service for the purpose of assisting with the sale of one (1) single property only.
The Fee covers use of the Service solely in connection with that one property transaction. Use of the Service for any additional properties requires a separate purchase and payment of an additional Fee.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content and tools upon payment, the Fee is non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by applicable law.
All payments are processed through our designated payment processor and are subject to their terms.
Description of Service
Clarity for Sellers is a software tool designed to assist sellers in real estate transactions by providing educational resources, data analysis, and informational aids to help You better understand aspects of the selling process. The Service is intended solely as a supplementary tool to aid You in working with Your licensed real estate agent, broker, or attorney. It enables You to review information, generate questions, and enhance Your discussions with qualified professionals.

You acknowledge and agree that Clarity for Sellers is not a licensed real estate brokerage, real estate agent, real estate broker, attorney, or any other licensed professional service provider. The Service does not provide legal advice, brokerage services, real estate agency representation, or any professional services regulated under state or federal law. We do not engage in real estate transactions, negotiations, offers, agreements, or any related activities.
The Service is provided solely as an informational tool and aid to help You work collaboratively with Your own licensed real estate agent, broker, or attorney. It is designed to assist You in better understanding real estate concepts and formulating informed questions for Your professionals. Compliance with Laws

However, You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in Your jurisdiction. Term of Use
Your access to and use of the Service is granted for a term of one (1) year from the date of payment or account creation ("Term"), whichever occurs first. Access is limited to use in connection with the sale of one (1) single property as described above.
At the end of the Term, Your access will automatically expire unless You purchase additional access. We reserve the right to modify fees or terms for any future purchases.
You may cease using the Service at any time, but no refunds will be provided.
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach these Terms or for any other reason in Our sole discretion.
Upon expiration or termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and You must destroy any downloaded materials in Your possession.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, You may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activities under Your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not permit use by individuals under 18.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clarity for Sellers and Our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for Your personal, non-commercial use during the Term and solely for the permitted single property, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on Our Service except as expressly permitted.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Use the Service for more than one property transaction.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, or destructive code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Clarity for Sellers, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your access to or use of the Service.
Our total liability to You for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid Us ($198).
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clarity for Sellers, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to Your use or misuse of the Service or Your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action concerning these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (where required by law). Continued use of the Service after any revisions become effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
